Personal Brand and your business photo!
What does yours say about your business? Does it show the brand qualities you are working so hard to show in your business?
Below are a couple of photos of me. Ones that I admit I did at one point have as my own profile photo!! (Cringe!)
Do any of these photos say oh she must be a professional photographer? Do they portray the brand qualities that I would like for my business?
The answers being No and No! They do not give the first impression that I would like people to get when they first see my profile.
In today’s world you are no longer just defined by what you know or even who you know but more by WHO KNOWS YOU!
Business Owners and Professionals need professional profile photos. Social media profiles require profile photos. If you’re on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter you need a professional headshot to help people remember you. It can and should also be used on your website and print media/brochures.
